    This snack is called "fried cheese rolls" made from Flamenkuchen-Dough. The dough is ready to buy from the supermarket. You cut the dough into squares and fill it with a mixture of feta cheese and dried oregano. Then roll the dough like fingers and fry them in oil. Very tasty!     Butifarras is smoked meat from cows and pigs. It is seasoned with pepper and inserted into cleaned intestines. Sonia Barranco heard that this snack is the secret to stay fit and healthy in old age.
